The guys at Revento motors were amazing. Went and viewed a Vauxhall mokka as my first car on the Saturday. Loved it. Had all of my questions answered to proceed.

Wasn't too sure about going over to England to buy a car but after speaking to Corey he soon put me at ease. From Corey sorting out our flights, picking us up from the airport, sorting out a hotel for the night, even driving us around Plymouth recommending what to do and places to eat, we almost forgot we were there to buy a car! Couldn't recommend these guys enough, 10 out of 10 in every way, very professional. Would definatley buy from them again! Maybe stay for the full weekend next time lads! We can not recommend these guys enough we purchased a very nice Focus ST a few weeks ago and had a issue with outside temp sensor and the guys went above and beyond to get it sorted as quickly as possible the whole buying experience was amazing relaxed and very helpful, it was so good we returned two weeks later and bought a second car a ultra clean white BMW which was delivered today all ceramic coated and looking amazing. If your in the market for a new car please go see these guys we will def being returning when we change our cars again. What a fantastic service that was given by John and further advise about the vehicle we have just brought. John had taken the time to run us through each component of the cars applications and documentation. This was not a waste of time, this was invaluable information.
The showroom was an inviting place and the coffee kept on coming, shame that the bacon sandwiches from Scott was not on offer as per phone call.
Due to the level of service given i will recommend to others to take a look at this car dealership if and when they are in the market for a new used car.

Posting on behalf of my girlfriend Ashleigh. The service was absolutely top notch, we was away on holiday in turkey and seen this car come up on the socials. My girlfriend wasn't getting on with her Vauxhall Corsa so when she seen this she instantly fell in love with it! The communication was on point, any questions we had, any queries Scott was able to assist.
By the time we got home from our holiday, the car was nearly ready and was just being finished off with the final touches and I must say the attention to detail was incredible!! Top notch valeting!

Jon from Revento was absolutely unbelievable! I think in total we went from enquiry to sale in less than 48 hours on my new, stunning car.
Everything was effortless, Jon's communication was second to none and his attentiveness to my needs and wants from a car were fully met! I appreciate asked loads of questions and if he wasn't sure, he had an answer within 10 minutes! Jon solved my biggest headache of the year with absolute ease.
I bought a 2018 Audi Q2 S-Line, 12 month extended warranty and a Stage 1 Remap, which has really increased performance, range and efficiency. All of this is offered in house, and was tied into my agreement for the next few years which made things so much easier! Jon even went the extra mile to get me an even better deal on the agreement which is hugely appreciated!

Luke was spot on from when I initially showed interest in the car, and was more than happy to answers any questions I had. He went above and beyond filming an in depth walkabout video of the car for me as I wasn't available to view in-person, and made a strong effort to keep in comms with me during the purchasing process and after to ensure all was well!

Scott rang me the day after applying for finance to tell me it was accepted and get the ball rolling, sending a thorough video of the car over to see every detail. Meeting and doing business with Director David Nelson was a genuine pleasure. There was no hard sell…frankly the car sold itself. We came to an amicable and fair deal on the additional work I wanted doing on the car (which is 5 years old) and everything was completed to an excellent standard. David kept me up to date as the work progressed by sending me photos of the car.

Took delivery of an absolutely stunning Audi S5 yesterday, I've been searching online for the past 6 months for this particular model in order to find one that ticked all the boxes and I'm so happy that I waited until I found this particular car. Excellent, they sorted out my washers, they got bunged up with God knows what, they cleaned them out and didn't charge me. I took my mini there as they are specialists and they had obviously come across this problem before. All the staff I met were friendly and polite an added bonus.☺️

Brought an Audi A3 beginning of the month, clean, tidy car and fell in love as soon as I saw it. The guys were bang on from the beginning and I soon got a phone call to say my application had been approved and we soon arranged getting agreements signed and a collection date.
I picked the car up and was greeted by James who explained the ins and outs and left me a folder with all the relevant details (service records, green owners slip etc).
After a couple days the engine management light came on and quick phone call soon ended up with a collection date when James would collect the car to have the issue resolved. A couple weeks later (Covid-19 delayed parts and work to be carried out in the time framed they hoped for) I got a call to say the car was ready for delivery back to me. The guys especially James couldn't have been more helpful and patient at times I was at my wits end when I couldn't go anywhere but their professional character always reassured me and when I got in my car they had left me a full tank of fuel, and thank you card and box of chocolates and they had fully valeted the car.
I would 100% purchase from Revento motors again and I put all my trust into the staff to give the best service they can.

Revento set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Shaun was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled going above and beyond in every aspect!
4 months of owning my car and unfortunately, my window regulator has broken. I rang Revento and explained the issue, also stated I had declined the extra warranty. However, with no hesitation, I was told to take the car to a local garage and get it repaired. When I went to collect my car (today) from the garage, they had stated that Revento have paid for the parts and I was just needing to pay for the labour. I drove to Revento and thanked them personally for the fantastic service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After being caught by dodgy secondhand dealers in past we had hesitation about buying from dealer again but decided to at least go and look at the car advertised.
Our confidence in dealing with a secondhand dealer has been restored I can not complain about the sale or after car these guys provide.
On purchasing our mazda cx5 a fault appeared and revento sorted it no hesitation and no expense spared this has been an enlighting experience and restored our faith.

Car salesmen always get a rhum deal, however, in respect of the team at Revento Motors, this could not be further from the truth.
We purchased a car for our grandson, who will be 21 in a couple of weeks time. It came with a new MOT, service and importantly, a warranty. He drove it home and sent us a message to say how great it was.Afew days later he messaged me to say it had very little power.
I told him to phone Shaun. He asked him to take it to a trusted garage ( he lives in Wiltshire) to get it sorted. It has now been fixed and he is back on the road. Thank you Shaun, your customer service has been simply superb and I have a happy grandson .
